Our client is a world leader in non-surgical cosmetic medical provision and has established a number of clinics in Scotland. They are currently looking for an experienced receptionist for their Edinburgh clinic. You will be the first point of contact for their customers, however they make their approach.
You must be of smart appearance, with an excellent phone manner, and have outstanding customer service skills. You must have the ability to maintain both a manual and electronic diary of appointments. You must be confident under pressure and above all able to exercise the utmost discretion.
