Position: Operations Manager
Salary: £17,000 + accomodation

Exceptional candidate sought with drive and ambition for this newly created position in a busy Highland hotel It is anticipated that the successful candidate will become General Manager with in twelve months
The hotel has fewer than 40 bedrooms, with state of the art meeting and event facilities, a strongly established Food and Beverage operation, is highly eco-conscious and is surrounded by stunning scenery .
You will report directly to the Managing Partner and should be diligent, multi-skilled and commercially astute with a proven track record in hotel operations. You must actively lead a team to achieve budgeted financial targets, KPI’s and Sales Strategies.
You should have the ability to manage all possible management streams, and control all hotel activities including Health and Safety and all legislative requirements. Instigate and uphold the highest level of service to the guests, attending to detail over and above any usual requirements.
This privately owned hotel will benefit from somebody who evokes traditional values whilst appreciating the benefit of embracing selective change. A background in rooms and Food and Beverage management is essential, although main involvement will be in the latter.
This is an exciting challenge which will need focus and determination to succeed.

This internationally renown hotel with 2 Rosettes is seeking an adaptable, motivated and reliable person, who enjoys and regularly meets a challenge, to maintain and advance the hotel’s reputation for the highest standards of customer care. You will have proven supervisory skills, be meticulous in your planning and organisation, have a good eye for detail and demonstrate the ability meet and exceed customer expectations. You will enjoy living in a rural community where you will have your own en suite accommodation and receive wholehearted support from the Management.
