Your hands on approach will be enhanced by your creative menu design and continually evolving ideas. You will have a full understanding of Gross Profit/Cost margins and be able to handle professionally the demands on this busy kitchen with three outlets. You will demonstrate flexibility and quick thinking to deal with changing priorities.
