Noel has over thirty years practical experience of the Hospitality industry covering hotels, restaurants, contract catering and leisure outlets and his career has spanned Europe and North Africa. He purchased AEA Hospitality in 1996 and through his in depth knowledge has grown the company into one of Scotland's most respected recruitment specialists.
